Delete your account

You can delete your Flamuno account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Flamuno and go to Settings, then Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out everywhere.

If the app asks you to sign in again first, do that and repeat the steps. Guest accounts can be deleted the same way.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email flamuno@criollolabs.com from the address of the account you want deleted, with the subject "Delete my account". We reply to confirm and then delete it.

What is deleted

• Your account, name and sign-in details.
• Your habits, schedules, goals and reminders.
• Your check-ins and their notes.
• Your profile photo, and your place on the leaderboard.
• Your devices and push notification tokens.

What is kept

• Purchase records held by Google Play for a Flamuno Pro subscription or lifetime purchase. They belong to Google and follow its policies. Cancel a subscription in Google Play; deleting the account does not cancel it.
• Records we must keep by law, only for as long as the law requires.
• Encrypted backups, which are overwritten on their normal cycle.

How long it takes

Deletion completes within 30 days.

Only want to leave the leaderboard? Turn off Show me on the leaderboard in Settings instead; your account and streaks stay.
