Export your data
Download every habit and check-in as CSV or JSON.
Your data is yours. Open Settings, choose Export, pick CSV or JSON and tap Export. Export is free on every plan and includes your whole history, even the part the free plan does not show.
- CSV: a spreadsheet file with a header row and one row per check-in: habit, day, amount, goal, unit and note.
- JSON: every habit with all of its check-ins.
Export needs a connection. Offline, the button is off and tells you so.
